From six residential units, ideally with development or optimisation potential. Acquired as a project developer or for our own portfolio.

Preferably apartments in need of renovation or refurbishment with sound building fabric in a good location. Individual purchases as well as apartment packages.

Residential & commercial properties
Residential and mixed-use buildings as well as selected commercial properties. For mixed-use properties, preferably with a commercial share of up to 25%.

Plots & development
Building plots as well as plots with existing buildings. Suitable for new builds, densification or project development.
Buying for development and portfolio
As a project developer and long-term investor, we buy both for our own development projects and for our own long-term portfolio. This means we can also consider properties that require refurbishment, a reconfiguration of their floor space or structural development. What matters to us is a property's potential, not its current condition.
